Delisted West Coast forward Jack Williams has signed for Tasmania's VFL side in 2027 with an eye on a 2028 AFL list spot.

Wiliams, who played 54 games for the Eagles, is expected to be AFL-listed alongside fellow former AFL player George Stevens, in 2028, the Devils' inaugural season.

Intrigue surrounded where Williams would end up in 2027 given he showed some promise at AFL level.
