It's more bad news for those who call Alberton home, with star Jason Horne-Francis facing a one-week ban for a bump on St Kilda's Liam Stocker.
The incident occurred halfway through the last quarter of Saturday's game when Horne-Francis ran past the ball and left the ground to lay a bump on Stocker.
The contact was high, and despite Stocker being fine to play on, match review officer Michael Christian has decided to give the Power star a one-match ban.
Christian deemed the offence as rough conduct and graded it as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact. The Power will likely challenge the decision at the tribunal this week.
Horne-Francis' suspension comes at a horrible time for Port Adelaide as the club needs to win at least the majority of its remaining six matches to qualify for a wildcard spot.
The club hosts ladder-leaders Fremantle this week in a must-win clash. But the Power will have to do it without star key forward Mitch Georgiades (concussion), gun midfielder Zak Butters (ankle injury) and Horne-Francis.
Defender Lachie Jones (ribs) and utility Jack Lukosius (knee) will also be a watch, having both failed to finish the game against the Saints.
In other sanctions, Geelong's Tom Atkins received a $1500 fine for making careless contact with an umpire, while GWS' Ryan Angwin has been charged $2500 for rough conduct on Geelong's Mitch Knevitt.
