North Melbourne defender Zac Fisher is facing a likely sideline stint after suffering a suspected hamstring injury in Friday's clash with his old side Carlton.
Fisher came from the field in the final minutes of the second term at Marvel Stadium holding his right thigh, with the Roos backman looking dejected as he arrived at the interchange.
Fisher immediately ventured down to North Melbourne's rooms for further assessment, with the Kangaroos eventually making the call to sub the rebounding flanker out of the match prior to the second half.
He was replaced in the game by second-year forward Zane Duursma.

Fisher has dealt with hamstring strains in both seasons he's spent at Arden Street since crossing from the Blues at the end of 2023, while concussion kept him on the sidelines earlier this month.
The Good Friday game against Carlton was Fisher's second match of the year under Alastair Clarkson, with the 26-year-old having 10 disposals and close to 250 metres gained to the main break.
A moderate hamstring strain could see Fisher sidelined for the coming weeks, with the Roos scheduled to face Port Adelaide, Essendon and Brisbane in their following three matches.
The Kangaroos are currently without Jackson Archer (hamstring), Josh Goater (hamstring), Matt Whitlock (ankle), Brayden George (knee) and Callum Coleman-Jones (Achilles) through injury.
