Sydney have announced that delisted duo Robbie Fox and Sam Gray will return to the club as rookies.

The pair were cut from Sydney’s senior list last week prior to the AFL’s list changes allowing two players to be moved to the rookie list.

This will allow both players to return to the Swans without having to go through the draft, with Fox and Gray set to be signed as Category A rookies and will be available for selection come Round 1 next year.

Fox has played 38 games for the Swans since being drafted via the Rookie Draft in 2016.

Gray joined Sydney via free agency ahead of the 2020 season and played seven games this season.
