Port Adelaide ruckman Peter Ladhams is reportedly set to assess his options this off-season, according to The Herald Sun.

Ladhams has been a viable asset to the Power across the course of the past two seasons, sharing the ruck workload with first-string tall Scott Lycett while also featuring as a forward target.

The Power currently boast an exciting crop of key forwards that placed Ladhams outside of Ken Hinkley's preferred side throughout 2021, with the utility being limited to just the 17 appearances for the season.

Young forwards Mitch Georgiades and Todd Marshall have offered great service to pair with Charlie Dixon, leaving Ladhams further back in the Port Adelaide pecking order.

According toย The Herald Sun,ย the Power are open to Ladhams exploring his options following discussions in the 23-year-old's exit meeting.

With Lycett set to continue as Port Adelaide's preliminary ruck option, Ladhams could seek a new home and land the Power some trade capital.

Ladhams is currently contracted to the Alberton club until the end of next season, however that hasn't stopped rival clubs from showing some interest in the past.

The Power will look to potentially revamp their forward structure in the wake of their horror preliminary final loss to the Bulldogs, with the club understood to have held a meeting with Giants spearhead Jeremy Finlayson in recent weeks.

Ladhams made his debut with the Power in 2019, and has represented the South Australian club on 32 occasions.
