Hawthorn will be hoping to put Friday's clash against Gold Coast away early so their players, staff, fans and footy lovers can get an early night ahead of the Socceroos' early World Cup clash with the USA.
Well, that's what Danny McGinlay (or as we know him, The Banner Man) is hoping for.
In this week's mock-up banners, McGinlay has leaned on the globe's biggest event - the Soccer World Cup - and Australia's desire to watch their men take on the powerhouse that is America.
Unfortunately for the land down under, kick-off time is at 5 am along the eastern seaboard, with an even earlier start as you continue to head west.
McGinlay is imploring the Hawks to do a number on the Suns in a bid to get some well-earned shut-eye before the much-anticipated Socceroos game.
As for the Gold Coast, they have channelled their inner New York Knicks fandom with a poem in reference to a viral video Knicks fans were chanting following their NBA championship win over the San Antonio Spurs.
The Knicks were 3-1 and were just about to lock away the series when fans chanted: 'My mayor Muslim; My bagel's Jewish; My Christian Dior; Knicks in four'.
McGinlay referenced the chant, including star recruit Christian Petracca.
Hawthorn
Smash them early, Hawks
So we can have a snooze
We all gotta be up early
To watch the Socceroos
Gold Coast
My Mayor Thai
My bagels Jewish
My Christian Trac
Suns to go whack
