Gary Ablett Jnr. (Geelong/Gold Coast/Brisbane)
The talk of the town given his immediate induction, the "Little Master" nominated two of his former clubs as those in with a chance of claiming the ultimate prize in the code.
"Oh, look, it's hard to say. I mean, there's so much of the season still to go," Ablett told Zero Hanger.
"I mean, obviously the Cats, I think they're thereabouts. Brisbane's lost a few games, but I still think they're going to be hard to beat. The Suns, I'd love to see them there. I think they play a great brand of footy. They play a fast brand of football.
"There's probably a few others that are a chance to win it. But as we know, it's all about peaking at the right time and making sure that you've got a healthy list going into finals footy."
