Troy Warner, the younger brother of Sydney pair Chad and Corey, has capped an outstanding season by being named captain of the Under-16s All Australian side.
Warner has been named in the centre line after impressing as skipper of Western Australia as a classy and dominant ball-winner averaging 25 disposals at 73 per cent efficiency and three tackles.
It comes after he was named the Kevin Sheehan Medalist as MVP of the three-game carnival which culminated on the Gold Coast a fortnight ago.
Chad was taken at Pick 39 of the 2019 draft and Corey was taken a year later with Pick 40, both to Sydney, with Troy on track to go considerably higher in the 2028 draft having established himself as a bona fide prospect both at state and club level.
