Fremantle will be permitted to use 'Wharfie Time' during Saturday's AFL Grand Final.
Multiple reports have indicated that after some bargaining with the AFL, the Dockers have been permitted to use it once after a Dockers goal as part of a goal celebration, the same way both clubs will be given the freedom to play tunes after goals.
'Wharfie Time' has taken on something of a cult status this year as Fremantle surged to the minor premiership, with the Dockers using it as a weapon to overwhelm opponents late in games at Optus Stadium.
It was particularly beneficial in a high-octane clash against Hawthorn mid-year with Fremantle beating them down the stretch.
