Vision has emerged of a violent incident between Collingwood and St Kilda fans at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night, moments after the Pies' 28-point win over the Saints.

In the vision, a number of Collingwood supporters can be seen harassing a St Kilda supporter, before corralling him into a shop front, and pushing him back and forth.

As pointed out by a witness, one man can been seen punching the victim in the body.

"It's just disgraceful. Anything like that at the AFL, especially when there's kids around, just disgusting," Joshua Holwell told Nine News Melbourne.

"The guy was getting absolutely beat down on, you can see at one point one of the Collingwood supporters punches him in the ribs as they're pulling him out of the shopfront.

Despite the witness suggesting the Etihad Stadium security team needed to do more during the incident, the venue released the following statement on the matter.

"Security was on the scene in under a minute of the disturbance, removed all patrons immediately and ensured they went their separate ways."

The fight follows on from an incident at the Essendon vs. Geelong game on Saturday afternoon, where one Bombers fan was pepper sprayed, after two intoxicated supporters resisted arrest.
