Adelaide captain Taylor Walker has been reported for a bump on Geelong's Zach Tuohy in the first quarter of their clash at the Adelaide Oval on Thursday night.
Tuohy was trying to take control of the ball as Walker bumped him, with the Crows skipper bypassing the ball to make contact with the Geelong defender.
Tuohy was then helped from the field by the trainers, and went down into the rooms to undergo a concussion test.
