With the mid-way point of the season approaching, clubs will want to be getting their big names off the market as opposition teams prepare offers for some of the game's biggest names.

The likes of Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, Harry McKay, Jack Billings and Zach Merrett are all out of contract and could be tempted by big money and long-term offers to leave their current clubs.

Every club will have their eyes on potential new recruits, but they may need to get their own ducks in a row before looking elsewhere.

We've named the look at the priority out-of-contract re-sining for every club. Did we get it right?

Jarryd Lyons

The Lions have a steal with Lyons and they would be silly to let him go like his former employer did. However, the Victorian may be in-line for some massive offers after his tremendous start to the season - and his ability to both defend and attack make him a valuable asset to any midfield. Clubs will be willing to pay big money and the Lions need to be willing to do what they need to to retain him.
