Many greats have towered over others in their dominance of the game across the decades of the AFL's history. Their lumbering presence has thrilled fans and, at times, dictated the outcome of games just by their massive presence alone.

With so few "giants" out there in the AFL landscape, how would you rank them amongst each other to find out who truly towers over all as the all-time greatest tall to ever play the game?

Here's my ranking of the top 10 tall players to ever play the game. The criteria for the list is simple: to qualify, a player must be 205cm and over.

Collingwood cult hero and the greatest American to play the game comes in at six on the list due to his ability to step up in some big games and make it known in the process through his trash-talking antics that have stirred the pot to some great feuds.

His 2018 Queen's Birthday game against the Demons, which saw him awarded the Neale Daniher Trophy, skyrocketed his popularity and respect as a player while he cemented his place as an integral part of Collingwood's success with a premiership win in 2023.
