Bachar Houli hangs them up in style

Bachar Houli announced his retirement at Richmond Football club on Thursday morning and will hang up the boots after an impressive 232 games and three premierships.

The 33-year old half-back used his platform to inspire players on the field and educate Australia about the religion of Islam and his faith.

A true legend who will be missed!

Jack Hombsch and Jordan Dawson announce retirements

The pair announced their retirement after three seasons in the red and gold.

Jack Hombsch played 116 games across three clubs; Greater Western Sydney, Port Adelaide and the SUNS. Hombsch played 19 of those with the SUNS.

The dependable defender also departs the game having played at the most league venues with a staggering 21.

Jordan Murdoch played 122 games for both Geelong and Gold Coast.

Well done Boys, enjoy retirement!

Hawks list looking mighty fine for the future

Hawks have had rough run on the scoreboard this season but the 22&U are looking promising to right the wrongs for next year.

Herald Sun Journalist Marc McGowan threw it out there to the Hawks supporters to name the best young players for the future ... and they sure answered.

Perhaps with a new coach and fresh perspective, we may just see these young boys fly!
