It's an issue that never goes away for Adelaide, but their controversial pre-season camp has once again hit the headlines.

SafeWork SA confirmed to The Age they are conducting an investigation into the Crows' 2018 pre-season camp.

In the statement, SafeWork SA confirmed the Crows are cooperating in the investigation.

"SafeWork SA’s comprehensive enquiries into the Adelaide Football Club’s 2018 pre-season camp are continuing. Adelaide Football Club has been voluntarily assisting in providing information as requested by SafeWork SA. As this is an ongoing matter, we are unable to provide any further information at this time," the statement said and reported by Peter Ryan for The Age.

An internal review of the club was conducted by Jason Dunstall and Matthew Pavlich at the end of 2019 and former Richmond player Daniel Jackson was brought to the club to run leadership and cultural programs.

The Crows finished last in 2020 and have picks 1, 8, 20, 29, 44, 50, 60, 74, 92 in the upcoming national draft.
