Geelong and Box Hill will go toe-to-toe in the VFL decider, with notable AFL inclusions and outs headlining both sides' changes for the Grand Final.
Impressive young Cats key forward Jay Polkinghorne will return to the VFL side after an impressive eight-game stint at AFL level, which resulted in 14 goals.
Polkinghorne comes into the side for injured ruck Rhys Stanley.
The 20-year-old key forward has had an impressive VFL season to date, kicking 20 goals in six outings.
Box Hill, which is linked with AFL club Hawthorn, will also see some high-quality talent return to the side, with ruck Ned Reeves coming back into the team.
Reeves spent the past two games out of the side while he recovered from a larynx injury.
While Reeves returns, the Hawks will be hurt by midfielder Sam Butler missing the Grand Final due to suspension.
The 23-year-old performed a high bump on Essendon VFL's Harry Jones in the Preliminary Final last weekend. He received a two-week suspension, which was then held up by the appeals board.
Butler has impressed for Box Hill throughout the season and would have been an important midfield piece to what his side will hope becomes a completed premiership puzzle.
Box Hill will also welcome back Cody Anderson from a hamstring injury. The medium forward has 16 goals from 18 games in the VFL this season.
Reeves and Anderson come into Box Hill's side for Butler and Will Pewtress, while Polkinghorne and Charley Green come into the Cats' line-up for Stanley and Kobe George.
The VFL Grand Final will be held on Sunday, September 20, at Ikon Park. The match starts at 2:05pm AEST.
