Port Adelaide has re-signed defender Josh Sinn for two years, locking him at Alberton until the end of 2027.
Sinn arrived at the Power as a first-round selection in 2021, taken with Pick 12 following a dominant spell at the Sandringham Dragons prior to the COVID-19 lockdowns.
The 22-year-old debuted in his maiden season but has faced multiple injury setbacks that have plagued his career to date.
However, Sinn has seemingly put his body issues behind him in 2025, cementing his spot in the senior side across half back, following the departure of Dan Houston.
"I've loved my time at Port so far, especially this year being able to play plenty of AFL footy," Sinn said.
"The coaches have put so much faith in me over the last few years and have given me great support.
"I love the boys here and have made some really strong friendships at the club. I can't wait to see what the future holds."
Sinn's dedication to improving his durability has impressed the Alberton club, and sees the Victorian only push his case towards a lengthy AFL career.
"Josh is a highly valued player at the club, who has really made the most of his opportunities this season," Port Adelaide list manager Jason Cripps said.
"He's worked hard to get his body in a good place and has been able to string together some consistent footy.
"Still early in his AFL career, we see plenty of upside for Josh as he continues to develop his game, both defensively and offensively."
Sinn is the fourth player so far this year to extend his time beyond 2025 at Alberton, joining Kane Farrell, Dante Visentini and Logan Evans.
The Power's past month has put them back into finals contention with little room for error, claiming three victories in that period.
They'll travel to Brisbane to take on the reigning premiers in the hope of continuing their winning ways.
