Ranking the top 10 Giants I've seen was an enjoyable yet fairly straight-forward task given the club is only 15 seasons old.
From the originals, prized picks and draftees to those who have extended their careers with the Orange Team, there's been a plethora of talent from day dot.
While GWS is yet to win its first premiership, 19 finals, a Grand Final appearance, four preliminary finals and finals campaigns in seven of the last nine seasons point to a perennial contender.
The genuine superstars have made an impact but those who have helped build the culture and character and set the standards are as worthy of recognition.
Apologies: Heath Shaw, Jesse Hogan, Finn Callaghan, Tom Scully
3Jeremy Cameron
Every new club and market needs a gun full forward, extra marks if they're a fair dinkum character, and Jeremy Cameron delivered in spades from his very first season.
In just his second year, Cameron made history as the first Giant to earn All-Australian honours, finished third in the Coleman Medal and won the club best and fairest.
He booted 427 goals in his time in orange and was the club's leading goal kicker in seven consecutive seasons.
Cameron won his first Coleman Medal in 2019, a Grand Final year, before leaving for Geelong where you could say he's kicked on.
Of all the Giants to have moved on, Jezza's departure, still, hurts the most.
