Former Collingwood and Western Bulldogs forward Travis Cloke will return to footy in the upcoming EJ Whitten Legends game at the Adelaide Oval.

Cloke, 31, who retired in 2017 after one season at the Bulldogs, will don the Big V jersey alongside other stars of yesteryear on August 31.

“It’s been great playing local footy this year but I’m really looking forward to pulling on the Victorian jumper and playing alongside some AFL legends at the Adelaide Oval,” Cloke told The Herald Sun.

“There are quite a few recently retired AFL greats who have put up their hand to play this year, so I think there will be some serious competition on the night.”

Former North Melbourne and West Coast forward Drew Petrie will also make his return, representing Victoria.

Since the first game in 1996, the Legends game has raised in excess of $13 million for the EJ Whitten Foundation.
