Cerra nominates Blues

Departing Docker Adam Cerra has officially requested a trade to Carlton.

The 21-year-old requested a move back to his home state of Victoria last month, with the Blues placed as the front-runner for his services throughout the course of this season.

The Blues are likely to depart with their first-round draft selection, currently placed at sixth overall in this year's count.

Axed Blues forward speaks on future

Recently delisted Blues forward Levi Casboult is interested in continuing his career at another club next year.

The 154-gamer was delisted last month by Carlton, but has received interest from northern clubs in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

The bruising key-forward spoke on SEN breakfast on how he believes he still has some good footy ahead of him should a club give him another lifeline.

Crows speak on trade plans, draft, Suns guns and Walker

Crows list boss Justin Reid has provided an off-season summary for Adelaide's planning ahead of the upcoming exchange period and draft.

The Crows are facing a busy trade window in the coming weeks, with Swans gun Jordan Dawson requesting a move to West Lakes, while Adelaide free agent Jake Kelly has nominated Essendon as his preferred destination for 2022.

Blues midfielder signs extension, duo nearing new deals

Carlton midfielder Matt Kennedy has signed a one-year extension to remain at Ikon Park for 2022, while duo Matt Owies and Josh Honey are understood to be nearing new deals for next season.

Kennedy has played 42 matches for the Blues since arriving in Victoria from Greater Western Sydney, taking his career games tally to 61.

Sources close to Zero Hanger have indicated that Owies and Honey are also set to sign new deals that will keep them at Princes Park for a further 12 months.

Port legend heads trifecta of Alberton signatures

Port Adelaide superstar Robbie Gray has agreed to terms with his home of 15 seasons and has inked a one-year extension to remain in a silver, teal and black guernsey.

While experience appeared the order of the day at Alberton, the back-to-back preliminary finalists also shored up their future by securing the signatures of youthful backmen Riley Bonner and Martin Frederick.
