Collingwood youngster Isaac Chugg will make his AFL debut this Sunday against the GWS Giants.

The Tasmanian is currently in his second season at the club, after being de-listed and re-rookied in the off-season, and the club confirmed on Friday afternoon that Chugg would feature against the Giants.

He provides speed and can play off half-back or as a receiving midfielder.

Craig McRae's Magpies will see at least one change from the side that beat reigning premiers Melbourne two weeks ago, with Jordan De Goey missing due to personal reasons.

Chugg was named among Collingwood's extended bench for Sunday's clash at the MCG, along with Tyler Brown, John Noble, Trey Ruscoe, Caleb Poulter, Aiden Begg, Will Hoskin-Elliott and Oliver Henry.

His inclusion confirms Collingwood's fourth first-gamer for the year behind Nick Diacos, Reef McInnes and Begg.

Collingwood look to break into the eight with a win over the Giants this Sunday at the MCG, and will confirm their 22-man squad at 5:00pm on Friday.
