Off-contract Carlton forward Jack Martin has reportedly undergone a medical with Fremantle as he weighs up a potential move back to his home state of Western Australia.
The Broome product is yet to cement his future for the 2025 season, with no deal on offer from the Blues amid an injury-hit year for the small forward.
Soft tissue injuries have kept Martin to just three appearances for the year, with two coming in the final three rounds of the season.
Martin has missed out on selection for Carlton's elimination final due to a hamstring injury that has placed him back on the sidelines.
With Carlton potentially looking elsewhere from 2025 onwards, Martin has garnered interest from Fremantle ahead of next month's trade and free agency period.
According toย 9 News Perthย reporter Paddy Sweeney, Martin has undergone a medical for Fremantle as the Dockers assess the health and fitness of the 29-year-old.

The Dockers would need to trade for Martin as he is not eligible for free agency. The Western Australian club could wait if Carlton end up not offering Martin a new deal and could swoop on the pacey forward via delisted free agency instead.
Fremantle are already working through a busy off-season, having Richmond pair Shai Bolton and Liam Baker seeking moves back to WA also, with both players likely to cost the Dockers first-round picks.
The Dockers hold picks 9, 10, 17, 27 and 63 for November's draft.
Martin is among a long list of Blues players still yet to learn their futures, with Matt Owies, Jack Carroll, David Cuningham and Caleb Marchbank among those without deals for next season.
