The top 25 rated players for the upcoming AFL26 video game have been revealed, with Carlton captain and reigning Brownlow Medal winner Patrick Cripps the standout.

Cripps has earned a rating of 94 overall, with Collingwood ace Nick Daicos and Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli the next best rated at 93.

A further four players are rated 92 overall, with that bracket including Lachie Neale, Zak Butters, Jeremy Cameron and Isaac Heeney.

GWS have three of the nine players ranked 91 overall, with Coleman Medal winner Jesse Hogan and teammates Toby Green and Sam Taylor the best rated for the Giants.

Sydney pair Errol Gulden and Chad Warner join the aforementioned Heeney among the best-rated players in the game, earning ratings of 91 overall.

As well as the 92-rated Cameron, Geelong have Tom Stewart and Max Holmes rated at 90 overall, while the Giants also have Tom Green breaking the 90 barrier.

Cameron is the No.1 rated forward, with Cripps the leading midfielder, Max Gawn the leading ruckman and Taylor the best defender.

All players rated 90 overall or higher make the top 25.
