If the Brownlow Medal were determined by player ratings points, Port Adelaide superstar Zak Butters would be a clear leader into the final stretch of the 2026 season.

AFL Player Ratings Points, found on WheeloRatings, haved collated all necessary information from player statistics, undergoing an in-depth analysis of one's influence on the game.

For example, Sydney's Chad Warner, against Brisbane last week, recorded a staggering 35.6 player rating points. He gathered 28 touches and kicked four goals, as well as eight clearances, eight inside 50s and nine score involvements.

But the player rating points doesn't just reward a player who simply stuffs the stat sheet.

Collingwood superstar Nick Daicos, who is the outright favourite for the Brownlow, recorded a measly 9.3 player rating points in the Opening Round win over St Kilda.

Daicos gathered 41 possessions (75.6 percent effective), 844 metres gained, made four clearances and five inside 50s. His teammate, Jordan De Goey, almost doubled his player ratings points from 19 disposals and three goals.

The Pies' father-son gun had a similar result in the monster Anzac Day victory against Essendon, amassing 42 touches, eight clearances, 14 score involvements and four behinds, returning 7.2 player ratings points.

So, when going through each game and using the player ratings points as a determinant of the 3-2-1, who leads the Brownlow Medal race?
