Journalist Caroline Wilson has named her top 12 off-field performers of 2019, and couldn't help but sprinkle the top five with some Tigers.

Richmond didn't lose a game after their bye and stormed home to win their second premiership in three years, and that's reflected in Wilson's top five, with three Tigers in the mix.

Damien Hardwick headlines the list, and once again leading Richmond to the promised land.

“It’s been hard work formulating my final dozen of the year. I think there’s three new names,” Wilson told Sportsday on Monday night.

“There’s a new list this year and I’ve tried not to make it too black and yellow centric.”
