The retirement of former captain and current key forward Taylor Walker has posed the question: who makes the top 10 players of all-time to represent the "Pride of South Australia"?

Walker finishes his 19-year career with more than 300 games played and 700 goals kicked, to go with an All-Australian selection in 2023, four All-Australian squad seasons, being a seven-time leading goal-kicker and two-time AFLPA best captain.

Adelaide has a long history of stars littered throughout its 35-year history, which includes two premierships across 1997-98.

Players from those glory years feature heavily, but who from the modern day, including the Texan, will make Zero Hanger's top 10 Crows of all-time?

Two honourable mentions fall to former captain Simon Goodwin and superstar Patrick Dangerfield, who would have arguably become number one had he not moved to Geelong.

The race for the greatest ever Crow was down to two, and McLeod is very unlucky to miss out on top spot.

A damaging superstar of the competition, McLeod won the Norm Smith Medal in both of the Crows' grand final wins.

Across his 340-game career, McLeod won five All-Australian jackets, three best-and-fairests and a Leigh Matthews Trophy. He is also a member of the Australian Football Hall of Fame.
