Sydney chief executive Matthew Pavlich said the club will "hear out" the five suspended Swans stars as their return to headquarters looms.
Isaac Heeney, Nick Blakey, Chad Warner, James Jordon and Riley Bice - coined the 'Pullman Five' - are expected to return to the Swans this week amid player exit meetings.
The quintet is expected to confront the playing group and speak to the club.
"I want them to be themselves," Pavlich said on Wednesday, according to the AAP.
"I want them to come in and do what we'd normally do at the end of a season, which is player exit meetings.
"If they've got something to say to their player group, if they've got something to say to the club, then we'll hear them out then."
After last week's heartbreaking preliminary final loss to Fremantle, Swans players will slowly head back into the club to review the season.
But Pavlich wasn't exactly sure when the suspended five players would return.
"Look, it's a natural thing that the players will come into the club over the next period," Pavlich said.
"Don't know exactly when that'll be, given that the season's now finished and player exit meetings are occurring.
"And the players at some point will have a chat to the broader group and the club, but yeah, there's no timeline."
The futures of the suspended five remain uncertain, given the ongoing police investigation, which won't conclude until later in the year.
Speculation persists that dashing half-back Nick Blakey remains gettable, while Chad Warner recently communicated his desire to see out the final year of his contract, in 2027. After next season, the game-breaking midfielder will become a free agent.
West Coast has previously held interest in Warner, while Blakey has been linked to North Melbourne.
Isaac Heeney is contracted until the conclusion of the 2028 season.
