St Kilda star Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera has reportedly cleared the air with Adelaide forward Taylor Walker, phoning him directly, amid his ongoing trade discussions.
It was claimed that Wanganeen-Milera was against a move to the Crows following a racism incident Walker was involved in four years ago.
"Reports made in the media suggesting thatย Nasiah Wanganeen-Mileraย has ruled out joining theย Adelaide Crowsย due to comments made byย Taylor Walkerย in 2021 are false," Williams said.
"Nasiah is currently considering his future, and at this stage, no decisions have been made, and any speculation suggesting otherwise is inaccurate."
Wanganeen-Milera has reportedly strengthened the contention that Adelaide, among St Kilda and Port Adelaide, remain in the mix for his signature, and
"My understanding, is last night, Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera was keen to get on the front foot,"ย Channel 9'sย Tom Rehn said onย FiveAAA.

"He called Taylor Walker directly to assure him that there's no issue with what happened four years ago in 2021, and that the two have spoken at length, and that any decision Wanganeen-Milera makes regarding his long-term future will not be impacted by what happened four years ago."
Walker himself attempted to remove any "ill-feeling" between the two parties, revealing onย Triple M Adelaide on Tuesday that he phoned Wanganeen-Milera's agent Ben Williams from Players' Ink.
"I know Ben Williams, so I picked the phone up and called him straight away just to seek understanding and clarification," Walker said.
"Pretty much (the previous statement from Williams) is what he elaborated to me as well. For me, I don't really have anything further to say."
