Norwood will welcome back premiership hero Matt Panos from a long-term injury for this Sunday's SANFL grand final against Glenelg.
Set to line up in his 150th league game, Panos has been sidelined with a knee injury since Round 4 but made a successful comeback through the reserves a fortnight ago.
The talismanic forward kicked four of the Redlegs' six goals in the 67-point loss to Sturt and also pushed further up the ground on occasion to tally three clearances.
Full-back Tom Graham and forward Jayden Gale have also been included on an extended bench after solid performances in the reserves' win against the Tigers last weekend.
Glenelg has elevated Brad McCarthy and Ben Ridgway to the extended bench following positive displays in the reserves last week, while defender Liam Wisdom has also been named in the squad of 25.
Will Gould and Cameron McGree will both line up for the Tigers after battling injury woes across the finals series, while Lachie Hosie will take his place following a successful return in last week's win over Central District.
Both sides will enter this clash with a relatively healthy injury list, with only a few names sidelined.
Jack Saunders and Connor McLean have been ruled out for the Redlegs, while Cory Stockdale played only one reserve match this year as he battled with a knee injury.
Glenelg's league squad is at full strength at the right time of the season after overcoming several key injuries across the year, namely Hosie, McGree, Darcy Bailey and Billy Stretch.ย
