Western Bulldogs forward Travis Cloke will take an indefinite break from football in order to deal with a mental health issue.
The club confirmed the news a short time ago.
"Western Bulldogs forward Travis Cloke will take an indefinite break from playing as he manages mental health issues," the Bulldogs said in a statement on the club's website.
"Travis is very appreciative of how the club and his team mates have supported him and he will continue to take part in the training program as he manages the issue.
"A potential return to play date is undetermined at this stage."
After 246 games and 441 goals with Collingwood, Cloke moved to the Western Bulldogs at the end of last season after falling out of favour at the Pies, managing just 13 games last season.
However, he has struggled to cement his place in Luke Beveridge's side since moving to the Whitten Oval, playing six games and kicking just six goals so far this season.
