Potential top five draft pick Charlie Curnow has been arrested by Police.
The Herald Sun has reported that Curno was arrested last night and spent the night at a Geelong Police station after refusing to take a breath test.
He was released this morning at around 6am.
The Geelong Falcon's player is the brother of Carlton player, Ed Curnow.
Believe Charlie Curnow drove through a stop sign, was pulled over by police and refused a breath test. He did not have P Plates displayed.

The news could have implications on where Curnow is drafted, with Melbourne (pick No. 3) and Essendon (pick No. 4 and 5) reportedly having a strong interest.
