Hawthorn have announced a number of list changes ahead of next month's draft.
Changkuoth Jiath and Keegan Brooksby have both re-signed with the club - although the Hawks have not revealed the specific lengths of the contracts.
Jiath has been promoted to the club's primary list, while Brooksby has been retained as a rookie.
Furthermore, Harry Jones, Mathew Walker and Dylan Moore have all been delisted, with the club committed to re-drafting Moore.
Hawthorn’s Chief of Football Graham Wright thanked Jones and Walker for their services.
“Both Harry and Mat are great characters, and we are grateful for the commitment and contribution they have made to the Hawks,” Wright told the club website.
“On behalf of the club, I would like to extend our thanks to both boys and wish them all the best for the next stage of their lives.”
Regarding Moore: “In regards to Dylan, we have been in regular dialogue with both him and his management.
“Dylan made the most of his senior opportunities in 2020 and we look forward to seeing him continue to grow and develop in the brown and gold next year.”
The delisted pair join Will Golds, Darren Minchington, Jackson Ross, retirees Conor Glass, Ben Stratton, James Frawley, Ricky Henderson and Paul Puopolo and new Cat Isaac Smith in departing the club.
