AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan has revealed which venues are in line to host the AFLW grand final.

McLachlan says Ikon Park will host the grand final should the match be between two Melbourne teams.

If the Crows, who are currently undefeated with a percentage of 230.6, finish on top as is expected, they will host the grand final at Adelaide Oval.

Brisbane, also undefeated, would host the grand final at Gabba if they finish the season as minor premiers.

As the ladder currently stands, Adelaide sit first after three rounds, with Brisbane second, while Carlton and Melbourne round out the top four.

The top two sides will advance to the big dance.

McLachlan also said the game will most likely be a ticketed event.

The grand final is scheduled for Saturday, March 25.
