Triple premiership Hawk Brian Lake has been arrested and will spent Thursday night behind bars, reports 3AW.

It is understood that Lake was arrested by over an alleged “violent incident at his estranged wife’s house,” according to Network Seven.

Police confirmed that a 37-year old man from Caroline Springs had been arrested and charged for a string of offences including theft, criminal damage, stalking and entering a place likely to cause a breach of peace.

He was due to appear in the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court today after an alleged rampage on February 12.
