Hawthorn is expected to be an active club in this year's AFL player movement space.

Unapologetic in their desire to improve the list, it has been widely publicised that another midfielder could be the missing piece for the Hawks in their quest for silverware.

The Hawks have been closely linked to two guns which is likely to account for the majority of the club's focus and capital during October, while some other pieces around the edges could make sense to increase the club's depth albeit there have not been strong links.

Has been on the outer at Western Bulldogs, playing just three senior games as the club has gone in another direction for a pressure player in the front half. Would be a handy depth option at a minimum at a club like the Hawks and would come at a low cost. Aged 22 with 28 games of experience, there are plenty of worse options.
