The AFL off-season has already begun for multiple clubs, and with that comes the awards evening.
The night is a chance to reflect on the year that was and reward players for their efforts, on and off the field.
Here is each AFL club's 2026 Best and Fairest winner, as well as other high vote-getters and award winners from each side.
Fremantle
Truly exceptional ruckman Luke Jackson has taken home his first Doig Medal as Fremantle's best and fairest player, after a year in which he also garnered his first All-Australian selection.
Jackson held off favourite sons Andrew Brayshaw and Caleb Serong (fittingly separated by a singular vote) to claim the gong, as just rewards for a season where he continued to defy conventional expectations of a ruckman with his feats around the ground.
In a rather shocking development, All-Australian defender Jordan Clark failed to crack the top 10.
- Luke Jackson – 269 votes
- Andrew Brayshaw – 229
- Caleb Serong – 228
- Josh Treacy – 225
- Shai Bolton – 218
- Jye Amiss – 191
- Patrick Voss – 181
- Sam Switkowski – 173
- Murphy Reid – 172
- Alex Pearce – 164
