The Bulldogs not only beat Sydney on the scoreboard yesterday, but also delivered a cheeky swipe at the harbour city via their banner.
Jason Johannisen kicked the match winning goal with just seconds left on the clock to hand the Dogs another impressive win over the Swans at the SCG.
But as has been the case all year, the Western Bulldogs’ banner once again delivered the goods.
The banner had a humerous dig at Sydney’s controversial early lock out laws.
“We’ll win this game and party till late, or at least till all your pubs close at 8,” the banner read.
The Dogs won the game 13.5 83 to 11.13 79.
