Brisbane midielder Daniel Rich has been withdrawn from Sunday afternoon's clash with Geelong at Simonds Stadium.
Rich was named in the Lions' 22 to face the Cats, despite suffering a hamstring injury during Brisbane's Round 2 loss to North Melbourne.
However, the former Rising Star winner pulled up sore from training on Saturday and was subsequently rued out.
It adds further strain on the Lions' already depleted midfield, with captain Tom Rockliff and former Pie Dayne Beams currently on the sidelines through injury.
A replacement has not yet been named, with two emergencies, Billy Evans and Liam Dawson, both travelling with the team to Geelong.
Daniel Rich is a late withdrawal for tomorrow's match. Emergencies Billy Evans and Liam Dawson have both travelled.
