Brisbane and North Melbourne lead the competition with five selections in the 2026 AFL Players' Association's 22Under22 squad.
The Lions, for the second consecutive year, were the most represented side in the competition with Levi Ashcroft, Will Ashcroft, Jaspa Fletcher, Logan Morris and Darcy Wilmot all selected in the squad of 40.
The Kangaroos boasted Colby McKercher, Finn O'Sullivan, Harry Sheezel, Cooper Trembath and George Wardlaw in the squad.
Sheezel is vying for his fourth consecutive selection in the final 22. If he's selected, he'd join Nick Daicos, Luke Jackson, Bailey Smith, Aaron Naughton and Sam Walsh.
West Coast is closing in with four selections, headed by a pair of Pick 1s Harley Reid and Willem Duursma.
Reid, along with Mac Andrew and Josh Weddle, is searching for a third appearance.
Port Adelaide is the only club not to be represented in the 40-man squad, which is picked by former St Kilda midfielder Leigh Montagna.
Western Bulldogs champion Marcus Bontempelli leads the competition with five selections.
For a player to be eligible for selection in the squad, they must be 22 and under for the entirety of the season (including Grand Final Day, 26 September) and have played a minimum of 12 games in 2026.
