Young Giant buys $1.24m property in Richmond

GWS forward Jon Patton purchased a $1.24 million property in Richmond on Saturday, the Herald Sun has revealed.

Patton bought the property just hours before he kicked two goals in his side's loss to the Swans on Saturday evening.

However, his manager, Paul Connors, has assured the club that Patton is committed to the Giants and the property is merely an investment.

Patton is currently contracted until the end of the 2017 season.
