Brisbane defensive-forward Conor McKenna's father, Pat, was tackled by security at the MCG following the Lions' premiership triumph.
Family members weren't initially allowed on the ground during the evening after the club secured its third consecutive flag after defeating Fremantle by seven points in a thriller.
Pat jumped over the fence to join his son, but was immediately chased by the security.

Once Pat was taken down by security, he was met by Lions staff as well as his dual-premiership son, who draped an Irish flag.
Before the clash, there were reports McKenna was heading off into the sunset with a second flag and thinking about retiring.
McKenna became the first Irishman to win two flags, scoring a spectacular goal - what's new? - and was a solid contributor in the decider and at 30, still has time on his side.
There is a one-year offer on the table, but he has yet to commit.
"I don't think so, I'm happy to stay for another few years. I'll worry about that in the next few weeks, but I'm happy to stay," he said on Triple M.
