Carlton and Richmond are reportedly interested in tempting GWS youngster Jed Lamb back home to Victoria.

Lamb joined GWS from Sydney in 2014 after being forced to find a new home with the Swans' salary cap bursting at the seams after the arrival of Lance Franklin.

However, Lamb, who was a highly rated prospect at the Swans, has struggled for game time at the Giants, playing just eight games since arriving at the club.

He has recently attracted plenty of interest from his home state of Victoria, averaging 19 disposals, 2.8 goals and seven marks per game. His best game came against Sydney's NEAFL side, when he kicked eight goals. He has scored 37.29 from 13 NEAFL games this season.
