Richmond has gone back to its traditional, bright yellow and black, with the launch of its new Puma guernsey this morning.
The Puma guernsey has replaced the former BLK kit, after the sports apparel company went into receivership late last year.
“Puma understood our desire to ensure the colours of our guernsey represented Richmond, and they’ve done a fantastic job, the Club and our players love the design,” Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said.
“For some time we’ve been keen to see a stronger representation of the iconic Richmond ‘Yellow and Black’ colours, we know our members and fans have felt the same way, and will be just as excited with the new PUMA jumper as we are.
“Puma is a world-class sports brand, we’re really proud to partner with them for at least the next five years, and we look forward to continuing our great relationship with them.”
