Fremantle
The Dockers are perfectly placed without acquiring a star from a rival club, but Lachie Neale's uncertain future bore the idea of a reunion.
Neale's children reside in Western Australia, and he previously played at the Dockers before making the switch cross country.
The move is extremely unlikely given Fremantle's strong midfield contingent, while its priorities will be on other parts of the ground.
