When looking at the 2026 AFL All-Australian side, there are no real blunders. I mean, real blunders.
All 23 are worthy selections and have the right to claim a blazer.
Brisbane forward Kai Lohamm also deemed himself stiff, as well as a star teammate.
"Me and Loges (Logan Morris) were up in Noosa for a few days, so obviously I was super proud of him that he got the call, and he's in the team as well, so that was awesome. But yeah, obviously, I was a bit flat," Lohmann said on B105's Stav, Abby & Matt.
"I thought I had a pretty good year as a small forward, and you know Nick Watson was very deserved and he got in there as well, but yeah I was a little bit flat early on, but I think I'm fine now, like obviously I didn't finish off last two games very well so sort of shot myself in the foot.
“At the end of the day, it's an individual award, and obviously we've got bigger fish to fry at the moment with finals and winning another Grand Final, which is way more important.”
But there are five who should consider themselves unlucky, including one of Lohmann's premiership teammates.

Aliir Aliir
The Power interceptor's omission certainly raised eyebrows.
Aliir was a force in the Port Adelaide defence, tasked with curbing the influence of his opposition's best forwards and winning the ball back for his team.
Port Adelaide's underwhelming season meant Aliir was under the pump often, and his ability to hold up and deny rivals was impressive.
He had a strong defensive one-on-one loss rate and assisted teammates who were in need of support.
