A Gold Coast Suns side featuring 11 senior listed players has gone goalless in their clash with Brisbane on Saturday in the NEAFL.

The Suns were smashed by the Lions 12.24.96 to 0.4.4, despite having four top-10 draft picks, and first-team regulars Peter Wright and Kade Kolodjashnij.

Gold Coast entered the game with a 3-2 record on the season, although they struggled to get anything going against the Lions.

Brisbane themselves had 19 listed players, although the Suns would be disappointed with their poor performance.
