Brisbane and Gold Coast faced off in the traditional Q-Clash, with Brisbane having plenty of senior players fighting for selection. Sam Mayes was everywhere with 31 touches, while Rhys Mathieson also chimed in with 27 disposals and a goal. Clay Beams and Tom Bell played the supporting cast with 26 disposals each, while senior players Josh Walker and Rohan Bewick both kicked two majors each.
Pick number 18, Brandon Starcevich, continued his fine form this season, collecting 20 disposals and kicking two goals.
After being dropped for the Q-Clash, Aaron Hall played a lone hand for the Suns affiliate. He laid an impressive nine tackles as well as having 25 disposals.
Rookie listed Jacob Dawson (17 disposals) and Max Spencer (15 touches and two goals) were also impressive for the Suns.
Michael Barlow didn't feature, after an impressive outing last week.
