Norwood claimed an important victory in a low scoring game against the Eagles. Former Crow Mitch Grigg performed well for the Redlegs, collecting 26 disposals, and finishing with seven inside 50s. Lewis Johnston was also good, kicking two goals and finishing with 21 touches.

Scott Lewis impressed in what was a tough day for Woodville West Torrens. He had 31 disposals and five inside 50s.

Port Adelaide 17.16 (118) def. Central District 12.7 (79)

Brett Eddy may have earned a senior recall, as he kicked four goals in Port Adelaide's win over Central District. Steven Summerton had 30 disposals for the Magpies, while Angus Monfries also chimed in with three goals.

Nick Holman (27 disposals and a goal) and Travis Schiller (33 disposals and a goal) were among the best on ground for the Bulldogs.

North Adelaide 5.5 (35) def. by Adelaide 17.7 (109)

Adelaide claimed a convincing win over North Adelaide, claiming a 74-point victory. Jonathon Beech was excellent for the visitors, collecting 30 touches and kicking three goals. Scott Thompson had 24 disposals and eight tackles.

Max Thring was arguably North Adelaide's best, he registered nine inside 50s and 29 disposals.

Glenelg 10.7 (67) def. West Adelaide 9.9 (63)

Glenelg produced a stunning comeback to beat West Adelaide by four points. The Tigers trailed at every change, yet produced a five goal final term to get over the line. Warrick McGinty was instrumental in the ruck, recording 47 hit-outs and kicking a goal.

Kaine Stevens did all he could to try and get the Bloods the win, kicking two late goals. He also had 27 touches and seven tackles.

South Adelaide 5.11 (41) def. by Sturt 14.9 (93)

Mark Evans kicked four goals and Sam Colquhoun had 29 disposals, as Sturt took home a 52-point win over South Adelaide.

Nick Liddle was again excellent for the Panthers, he had 26 disposals, nine marks and eight inside 50s.
