It seems that whether the Bulldogs win or lose, Lachie Hunter almost has a permanent presence on this list, as the best or second-best player on the ground each week.

He has gone to another level this season and his presence was again felt for the Bulldogs this week in their loss to North Melbourne. His consistently great efforts each week will be key in the Sons of the West making a deep run this year.
