Richmond has parted ways with high-performance manager Ben Serpell as he takes on a new opportunity.
Serpell joined the Tigers at the end of 2024 after an extensive history in sports science across multiple sporting codes.
The decision comes as the Punt Road club faces one of its worst injury runs in recent years, using 40-listed players throughout 2025, and 39 so far this season with seven weeks remaining.
"We thank Ben for his contribution since joining the club at the completion of the 2024 season and wish him and his family the very best for what lies ahead," Richmond general manager - football performance Tim Livingstone said.

"Ben will finish with us this week. The club is well placed to manage through the balance of the season with our existing high-performance staff while we commence an extensive search for a replacement.
"The preparation of our playing group continues to be of the highest importance, and we will leave no stone unturned looking for the right person to lead our high-performance program into the future.
"Our new state-of-the-art facilities are due to be completed by the middle of next year, and we are really excited about what our playing group can deliver in the coming seasons. This appointment will be an important component of that future.”
Serpell joined the Tigers from Geelong after assisting the club in securing the 2022 flag.
Before the Cats, he spent time with the Wallabies, the NSW Waratahs, as a senior lecturer at the University of New England, Port Adelaide, the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), the University of Canberra, Brumbies Rugby and Gloucester Rugby in the United Kingdom.
